A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th April, 2012 for approving the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2012 and the financial results to be published in the newspapers. Further, at the above meeting, the Board will also consider recommending final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2012.
